The PIU (Project Implementation Unit) of PHCIP (Primary Healthcare and Capacity Improvement Project) is seeking eligible individual consultants who can express their interest by submitting their Curriculum Vitae (CVs).
The selected individual consultant will be assigned to work within the Project Implementation Unit of PHCIP. To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following qualifications, experience, and skills requirements as specified for each position.

Eligibility Criteria Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Punjab Jobs 2023:
Education Requirements:
Applicants should hold an MBBS/MD degree, coupled with a postgraduate qualification in health disciplines such as Public Health, Health Economics, or Healthcare Management. These degrees must be obtained from a recognized foreign or local university, duly accredited by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience Criteria:
Candidates must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of verifiable and relevant experience in the field of health projects. Additionally, they should have at least two (2) years of experience in senior-level management roles overseeing health projects after obtaining their MBBS/MD. This experience should be specifically focused on the development and implementation of health operations, as well as the formulation of logical frameworks. Furthermore, candidates should have a track record of producing guidelines and training materials pertaining to maternal, newborn, and child health.
