Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager (MRCS)
Holds a COC Class 1 (Motor).
Possesses a minimum of 2 years of sailing experience as Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers/Bulk Carriers for FG Vessels.
Has at least 3 years of shore-based experience in Ship Management and Ship repairs with reputable shipping organizations.
Candidates with a degree in Engineering Sciences (Mechanical/Marine) or an MBA will be given preference.
Demonstrates experience in senior leadership roles.
Proficient in ERP systems.
Maximum Age Limit: 58 Years
Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier)
Holds a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor).
Possesses 1-2 years of sailing experience as Chief Engineer on bulk carrier/general cargo/container ships.
Previous experience as a superintendent engineer is preferred.
Maximum Age Limit: 55 Years
Superintendent (Fleet Sulker)
Holds a Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck (Master Mariner).
Has a minimum of one year of experience as Ship Master, with a strong background in Bulk Carriers.
Previous experience as a Superintendent will be advantageous.
Maximum Age Limit: 55 Years
Deputy Manager (Bunker)
Holds a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor).
Possesses 1-2 years of sailing experience as Chief Engineer on foreign-going vessels of size 50,000 DWT or above OR a degree in Mechanical/Marine/Petrochemical Engineering/MBA.
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, including 1 year of Bunker Procurement experience in a Shipping Company.
Candidates with ERP experience will be given preference.
Maximum Age Limit: 55 Years
Assistant Manager (Tanker)
Holds the rank of Chief Officer (FG) with sailing experience as Chief Officer on tankers OR possesses an MBA in Maritime Studies/Logistics/Finance/Marketing from an HEC recognized institute.
Has a minimum of 03 years of shore experience in the commercial division of a reputable ship-owning company/dry bulk commercial operators/dry bulk management, preferably in tanker chartering.
Candidates with an MICS diploma will be preferred.
Maximum Age Limit: 50 Years
Assistant Manager (Internal Audit)
Is a CA (Finalist).
Has 3 years of article ship experience with a reputable audit firm and at least 2 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department OR holds ACMA/ACCA qualifications.
Possesses 6 years of experience in the Internal Audit Department of a listed company.
Candidates with additional qualifications like CIA or CISA will be given preference.
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
