Recruitment Procedure for Joining PAF as a Commissioned Officer in 2023:

First AHQ Special Selection Board Interview: Attend an interview conducted by the First AHQ (Air Headquarters) Special Selection Board.
Final Medical Examination: Complete the final medical examination at the CMB (Central Medical Board) in Lahore.
Second AHQ Special Selection Board Interview: Attend a further interview led by the Second AHQ Special Selection Board.
Final Selection: The AHQ will make the final selection based on a merit-based order.
