Eligibility Criteria Ministry of Federal Education Jobs 2023:
For Associate Professor (BS-20):
Candidates must have a minimum of five (05) years of experience after completing their Ph.D. degree or a minimum of 10 years of combined teaching and research experience in a reputable university or recognized research organization.
Additionally, applicants should have a minimum of ten (10) research publications, with at least four (4) of these publications being within the last five years. These publications should have been published in journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
For Professor (BS-21):
Candidates must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience after obtaining their Ph.D. degree or a minimum of 15 years of combined teaching and research experience in a reputable university or recognized research organization.
Furthermore, candidates should have a minimum of fifteen (15) research publications, with at least five (5) of these publications being within the last five years. These publications should be in journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
As of the advertisement’s closing date, applicants cannot be older than 62 years old (there is no age relaxation permitted).
Candidates should have a substantial background in well-known works of Urdu literature.
Persian language proficiency is preferred.
The host country’s culture, institutions, and populace should be familiar to applicants. Candidates should show they have the leadership skills and capacity to aggressively promote Pakistan’s history, language, and culture.
Experience in media relations, diplomatic abilities, organizational management, grant-securing, mentorship, advocacy, and participation in academic staff associations is highly regarded.
Membership in professional or academic organizations should be backed up by supporting documentation. Prior study that results in excellent publications while the employee is abroad is regarded as beneficial.
