How to Apply Ministry of Defence Branch GHQ Jobs 2023?
Online application forms can be accessed on the official website at https://www.amdte-rect.gov.pk. Each candidate is allowed to apply for only one specific job position.
Before initiating the online application process, it is imperative that you thoroughly review the respective job advertisement to ensure that you meet all the necessary requirements and qualifications for the position you intend to apply for.
Take utmost care when updating and editing your application. You are permitted to edit your application only once, and the information provided in the final submission will be considered as conclusive.
All candidates must provide a valid postal address and an active mobile phone number for communication purposes. Applicants must be registered citizens of Pakistan and possess a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
If you are currently employed in a government position, you must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
The schedule for the test/interview will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates exclusively through SMS or the official website.
The number of available positions may be adjusted based on the department’s requirements.
Candidates belonging to Minorities, Schedule Caste, Disable, and Women quotas will be considered in accordance with their respective reserved quotas. If you are applying under the Disability Quota, you must provide your NADRA CNIC and Disability Certificate during the Test/Interview to be eligible for this quota. The designated place of duty will be either Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
Age eligibility will be determined based on the closing date of the advertisement. Age relaxation may be granted to disabled candidates and candidates from Sindh (R), Baluchistan, Ex-FATA, AK, and GB, in line with the existing rules prescribed by the Government of Pakistan.
Retired Armed Forces personnel are eligible for a maximum age relaxation of 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces, whichever is less. Consequently, the maximum age limit for retired Armed Forces personnel is 45 years.
