Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16):

Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade C Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum speed of 100/50 words per minute in shorthand/typing, respectively

Must be computer literate

Age Limitation: 20 to 33 Years

Steno Typist (BPS-14):

Qualification: Intermediate with 80/40 words per minute speed in shorthand/typing, respectively.

Must be Computer Literate

General Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Upper Division Clerk (BPS-11):

Qualifications: Intermediate

Selected individuals must undertake a three-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB before completion of the probation period.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Lower Division Clerk (BPS-09):

Qualification: Matriculation with 30 words per minute typing speed.

Selected individuals must undertake a three-week Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB before completion of the probation period.

General Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
